Wolverine Family Loses One of Our Own |
Please join the Wolverine Club, our Coaches and Administrators in expressing our deepest sorrows to the family of Patty Swann. Patty, a Frisco ISD employee, passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2011. Patty and her husband, Dave, were active Wolverine Club members and the parents of three children. Patty's oldest two, Andy (2007) and Dana (2008), graduated from Frisco High while her third child, Eric, was a 2011 graduate of Wakeland. Eric was a Wolverine athlete, excelling in baseball and football. Patty has been a familiar face in the crowds at both high school and club athletic events over the years, and many of us have shared bleacher time with her and her family. Patty's positive and courageous spirit will be missed and treasured. There will be a memorial service for Patty on Monday, December 19, 2011 at 4:00pm at the new Frisco ISD Administration Building Board Room located at 5515 Ohio Drive in Frisco. A reception to celebrate Patty's life and love of her family will immediately follow in the same building. Patty requested that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Frisco Education Foundation in favor of the Patricia W. Swann Memorial Fund. Donations should be made payable to FEF and mailed to P.O. Box 567, Frisco, TX 75034. Please note on the check that the donation is made for Patty's fund. Please keep Dave, Andy, Dana and Eric in your prayers. Sincerely, Marty Secord and Karl Weisheit The Wolverine Club |
