GO WOLVERINES!
The 2010/2011 is under way and the training staff has been working
hard in getting the boys and girls ready for competition, by supplying
them with water, taping, and treatment. The training staff is
made up of a great group of hardworking individuals who believe
in supporting their wolverine players.
The following forms need to be filled out every year. Each grade has different forms that needs to be filled out. The grade level is based on the 2010/2011 school calendar. For example if your child is going to be a junior for the 2010/2011 school year then print off the junior pages. Please print off and sign all paperwork that is associated with your athlete's classification. All forms need to be turned into the field house training room. If Coach Allen or Beaty are not there then please leave the forms in the red basket that is just inside the doorway.
The paperwork deadline will be on May 25th for all returning athletes (except for those who need a new physical) and a physical deadline of July 25th. All incoming 9th graders need to have all paperwork turned in to the training room office no later than July 25th.
